THE DESIGN PHASE

By default, we provide a complete 3D modeling walk through (not 3D static renderings photos) during our design development discussions, which is a better way of visualization.

At the end of the design phase, you'll receive all detail drawings where you can use them to renovate your home by any contractor.

It is without a doubt, most home owners are skeptical about parting a huge part of their saving into a home renovation where they have never experienced them before.

Over here, we encourage our customers to take on our design service (about 3-5% of the total renovation cost) for a start to experience us.

The good news is, 50% of this design cost is waivable if you were to award the renovation contract to us.

THE BUILD PHASE

Yes, we are also your project managers. Let us do the heavy lifting of sorting out all renovation matters however big or small for you. So sit back and relax!

We always document works done at site by photographs and will be be shared to you regularly.

All jobs specified in our quotation are measurable and quantifiable. This is to ensure price fairness if future adjustments are needed.

Also, certain unforeseeable situations can happened at site. We always front-load our customer with all possible remedies before rectifying. This is where "hidden costs" can be dealt away carefully!
